Large Beach Wave Mixed Fiber Wall Hanging

I love creating these unique mixed fiber pieces and the different texture and dimension it gives each wall hanging. These pieces are designed to give you the feel of some classic macrame but in a more original way.

I designed this piece on a piece of driftwood I found locally and arranged the fibers with the image of a wave crashing onto the beach in my mind. Over 13 different types of fibers, including many different size and colors of recycled cotton cord and different size and color wood beads, I even included hand collected shells to give it a real beach feel. Many of the fibers are recycled materials that I stripped to create these works of art.

This piece measures approximately 41” across and 46” from the hanging point to the lowest piece of fabric.

This macrame art is ready to hang and would make an amazing art addition to any room.
